Shipping to the United States

Our distribution center is located in the United States, and we offer free shipping for online orders to the United States.

Shipping International

We offer shipping for online orders to most countries. If we do not currently ship to your location, you may send us an email to locate your nearest 06130 retailer, or to arrange for special delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The following conditions apply to returns of products:

i. Only products purchased through our Website may be returned for exchange to Parfums 06130 under this return policy. Products purchased through any other third-party retailer cannot be returned to Parfums 06130 directly, and are subject to the return policies applicable to such third-party retailer.

ii. You may return for exchange only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner, or that were damaged or defective upon delivery to you.

iii. You should inspect products for damage immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should promptly file a report by emailing us. To qualify for a refund or exchange for any claim, you must contact us no later than seven (7) days from delivery and, before returning any product, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number under the procedure described below.

iv. To obtain a RMA number, write us using our online contact form or via the contact information provided below (see "viii") and provide us with your order number, email address, full name, and shipping address, along with a description of your request for exchange.

v. We purchase insurance for the full retail value of all products we ship; claims for products damaged in transit between our facility and your location must be filed with the carrier responsible for handling your order, immediately upon receipt.

vi. Return product must include the original shipping box, packing materials, and either a copy of the shipping invoice, or your order number, or a copy of your receipt of purchase. You must write and include with your return product the Return Merchandise Authorization number you obtain from us.

vii. You must return any product to us within thirty (30) days obtaining your Return Authorization Number and use a delivery method with shipment tracking.

ix. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will decide, in our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was such when originally delivered to you.

x. We will not accept merchandise that, in our reasonable discretion, has been used, altered or damaged by you or a third party for which it is not responsible. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages.

xi. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet or comply with the above requirements.

xii. Shipping charges are non-refundable, but replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except when you request expedited shipping.

xiii. We strive to ship orders as soon as we receive them; As an artisan company, we occasionally run out of stock due to manufacturing delays. By ordering from our website, you agree that delays are acceptable and that you may (1) claim a refund only for orders we cannot fulfill, or (2) request an exchange for damaged or defective items as delineated above.
